Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and place all items, hardware, and instructions back into the original manufacturer packaging.

  Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off

  Print your prepaid shipping label and either drop it off at a designated carrier location or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture items.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
